Job Profile:

A technical sales and service professional responsible for the industrial market in Karnataka.

  • Conduct product trials on OEM machines or panels to create product acceptability and secure orders through channel distributors.
  • Participate in exhibitions in the Karnataka region as directed by the sales team to get products approved in private consultant space and government companies.
  • Manage dealer channels and trader sales in the assigned region of India.
About This Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into sales.

  • Identify business opportunities by researching industry OEMs, end users, system integrators, traders, consultants, etc., and evaluating their position in the industry.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with customers by providing technical support of the product and operating guidelines during trials.
  • Suggest product upgrades, improvements, or changes to the design team based on industry trends, market activities, and customer feedback.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, including daily reports for concluding sales visits.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contribute to team effort by achieving sales targets, solving customer issues/queries, and suggesting new products aggressively.
