Global Sales and Market Expansion Specialist

We are seeking an International Sales Associate - Intern to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves providing sales support for multi-branded hotels in the USA. You will develop and execute a sales action plan to meet or exceed revenue goals. Activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share from existing accounts. Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing CRM to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycle. Ensure hotel ownership is profitable and identify new ways to add value to each hotel you're responsible for.
Essential Qualifications:
Available to work from our Pune office (from Monday to Friday) with a flexible shift timing from 10 PM to 8 AM. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with a high level of initiative. Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks to achieve sales goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport over the phone. Excellent written communication skills general correspondence, proposals, reports. Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in the hotel industry. Strong ability to leverage technology and CRM to shorten the sales cycle. Collaborative team player eager to contribute and learn from others.
