Expert Coupa Implementation Specialist

The role of an Expert Coupa Implementation Specialist is to design and implement efficient solutions for our clients. This involves working with Agile methodology, including creating stories, working in a Kanban environment, participating in scrums and other Agile ceremonies.

We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in configuration and support of Coupa, including implementation and rollout of the system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Coupa modules, specifically Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Invoice, and Expenses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and setting up Coupa integration, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues within the system. Additionally, they will be required to create sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa.

Able to configure and set up Coupa integration, as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues within the system. Experience with Coupa Release management for new product releases and maintenance is also essential.

  • Sound knowledge of Coupa Modules with Implementation / Rollout experience.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration of different Coupa modules.
  • Strong experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay business processes.
  • Ability to work with Agile methodology, including creating stories, working in a Kanban environment, participating in scrums and other Agile ceremonies.
