About the Role

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive initiatives enhancing developer experience, accelerating release cycles, and building scalable internal platforms.

  • Lead the development of tools and frameworks that optimize CI/CD, testing frameworks, and infrastructure automation.
  • Drive adoption of cloud-native solutions, including Kubernetes, AWS, ephemeral environments, and service monitoring tools.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to align developer experience initiatives with organizational goals and OKRs.
  • Champion best practices around continuous delivery, developer efficiency, and operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 8+ years in software engineering with at least 3 years in platform/dev productivity roles.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Spinnaker/Jenkins/ArgoCD, and IaC.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, dynamic test selection, and code quality gates.
  • Strong coding skills in Go, Python, or Java, with a preference for Go in tooling and frameworks.
  • Experience designing ephemeral environments, monitoring/observability tools, and leading small teams.

Candidates should also possess strong communication and influencing skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
