Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technology Lead to spearhead our digital retail solutions in Bangalore. As a key member of our team, you will drive the vision and strategy for user-centered design solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences and business impact across digital and physical touchpoints in the convenience retail sector.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and executing the design vision and strategy for digital retail consumer tech
  • Leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and content professionals
  • Overseeing the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and final implementation
  • Partnering closely with product management, engineering, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and innovative design solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in design, with at least 5 years in leadership or management roles
  • Demonstrated success in leading design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions for retail, convenience, or consumer technology markets
  • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in a collaborative environment
