We are seeking a skilled customer support professional to fill a key role within our organization.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels. This includes managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, resolving issues related to bus bookings, and building sustainable relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives
  • Build strong relationships with customers by going above and beyond to meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date on products and services offered by our company to effectively upsell and cross-sell
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our database
Requirements:
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively

Eligibility Criteria: Any degree with a high school degree; willingness to work in customer-facing roles; eligible for rotational week offs and shifts.

Languages: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada.
