The position of Corporate Chief Engineer is a strategic leadership role that requires the candidate to oversee engineering operations across multiple properties.   • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and standardize engineering policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead capital expenditure projects, including renovations and new builds, ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery.
  • Set benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for property-level engineering teams.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring optimal functioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Drive energy conservation initiatives and implement sustainable practices aligned with global hospitality standards.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all properties through regular audits and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor engineering teams, promoting a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Advanced certifications in facility or energy management are highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in hospitality engineering, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with expertise in building systems and CMMS tools.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
