Job Title: School Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. We build strategic relationships with key Principals in top-tier schools to drive student engagement and foster a culture of growth.
  2. I identify and approach Grade A schools for partnership opportunities, organizing events and activities to capture leads and convert them into new business opportunities.
  3. I provide accurate forecasts based on market trends and data-driven approaches to inform our sales strategy and optimize resource allocation.
  4. I develop and execute plans to engage multiple accounts across different cities, ensuring timely completion of objectives and tracking progress against set targets.
  5. I prioritize and allocate resources effectively, leveraging market attractiveness and opportunity size matrices to maximize return on investment.
  6. I collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sales briefcases and timely delivery of marketing materials to support field operations.
  7. I expand our consultant network by identifying new talent pools and fostering strong relationships with existing consultants to increase output and efficiency.
  8. I grow our school network by building partnerships with premium schools and driving growth through effective account management.
  9. I develop the capabilities of our team members through targeted training programs and ensure they possess the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  10. I maintain a regular presence in the field, conducting visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and provide guidance as needed.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the education industry, preferably in a related role such as admissions or business development.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging pitches and presentations to senior authorities in schools.
  • Superb communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strong network of connections within the education sector, including Principals and other key decision-makers.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a willingness to relocate if required.
