About the Job Position:

Project Coordinator Location: Noida

Role Summary:

You will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You'll coordinate resources, manage team dynamics, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders. Your role is key to driving project success by balancing technical and operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to standards, securing timely approvals and concurrence.

• Operate effectively across waterfall, agile, and DevOps methodologies as appropriate for different work streams within a program.

• Independently configure software and guide others in configuration according to specifications, addressing Change Management needs as required.

• Develop and implement efficient, effective, and supportable solutions in alignment with industry best practices.

• Assist in producing, reviewing, and executing test cases against acceptance criteria, ensuring that products operate as specified.

• Ensure all processes are followed and relevant documentation is complete and standardized, facilitating smooth transitions to support.

• Debug and report issues observed during testing to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered.

Owning the Numbers:

• Calculate project burn and cycle time to ensure that the project remains within budget.

Loving the Customer but Protecting Prospecta:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client business requirements, clearly defining scope and requirements.

• Identify key changes and additions, presenting viable solution options to the client.

• Proactively communicate any deviations from the Business Blueprint or Statement of Work, generating change requests to maximize project yield.

• Engage comfortably with demanding customers, facilitating functional discussions with internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor and communicate delivery progress to all stakeholders, taking corrective action as necessary, and garnering stakeholder support to resolve blockers and issues.

Fostering Collaborative Relationships:

• Foster collaborative relationships with other business functions, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Highlight the relative risks and benefits of various options to guide decision-making.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client business requirements, clearly defining scope and requirements.

• Identify talent, facilitate upskilling, and implement retention strategies to drive team improvement and elevate performance standards.

• Actively pursue training opportunities, courses, and product updates to enhance skills and knowledge.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree with specialization in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics; master's degree (MBA) preferred.

• 10-12 years of experience in project methodology demonstrating strong understanding of project management practices within Software Delivery Lifecycle.

• SAP ERP Knowledge: Sound knowledge of SAP ERP system.

• Master Data Management Knowledge: Good understanding of Master Data Management domain procedures and practices.

• Database Proficiency: Working knowledge of databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.

• Project Management Certification: Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2).

• Collaboration Tools: Proficiency in using collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams to track project phases and collaborate effectively with team.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence stakeholders.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and interpersonal skills along with proven customer handling capabilities.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to client needs and quality assurance.

• Multi-tasking Ability: Proficient in managing multiple simultaneous implementations while effectively coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Global Collaboration: Willingness and ability to work across different time zones to support global projects.
