Job Overview

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automation testing with a strong background in software QA methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Python.
  • Experience working in Unix/Linux environments, including writing shell scripts and using Unix command-line tools.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience with RESTful API testing and tools like Postman.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Developed a reusable automation framework for UI steps, data-driven testing, SOAP/REST API, JSON parsing, AODA compliance, PDF test, ETL support.
  • Created frameworks in JavaScript (Node.js), using Excel for test data and JSON for object repositories.
  • Architected an Automation Test Management Platform, a 24/7 self-sustaining system for executing regression test scripts.
  • Supported REST API workflows with automated test case generation, JSON assertions, and data encryption.
