Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our subtitles meets industry and client requirements. This includes:
- Language Compliance: Ensuring language subtitles meet client-specific guidelines and requirements.
- Process Improvement: Implementing required instructions to ensure the final product is consistent and error-free.
- Quality Control: Maintaining an average quality yield of 99% throughout the year, with less than 1% error rate.
- Collaboration: Coordinating with PC teams to implement changes or fixes in languages based on errors found.
- Communication: Communicating clearly with clients, internal and external.
Requirements
To succeed as a Quality Assurance Professional, you will need:
- Auditory Skills: Exceptional audio sensitivity and ability to understand various English accents.
- Communication Skills: Good comprehension and communication skills.
- Cultural Knowledge: Broad cultural knowledge and wide range of interests.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.

About the Role
You will also be expected to mentor and coach newer recruits to bring them up to departmental quality standards, promote teamwork and suggest improvements to subtitling workflows, and participate in job and personal knowledge training programs.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional auditory skills, good communication skills, broad cultural knowledge, and the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
