About Quality Assurance

We're seeking an experienced Lead Quality Assurance professional to join our team.

As a key member of the QA team, you will play a vital role in driving quality and excellence across all aspects of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the QA team, defining quality standards and best practices.
  • Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing.
  • Establish and maintain QA processes across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes).
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes.
  • Manage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms.
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and help grow the QA function.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack.
  • Experience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/NodeJS).
  • Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Self-driven, organized, and proactive.

Bonus Points:

  • Infrastructure testing experience (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Mobile automation testing expertise.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
  • Load and stress testing experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with test management tools.
  • Understanding of security testing practices.
