Job Title: Investment Relations DirectorAbout Our Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our investor relations efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive growth and foster strong relationships with investors.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial markets and investor relations best practices. They will possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

A successful Investment Relations Director will have:

  • a Master's degree or CA qualification with 14-20 years of post-qualification experience in the real estate/infrastructure sector;
  • strong knowledge of financial markets and investor relations practices;
  • proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively;
  • exceptional communication and presentation skills;
  • experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable;
  • strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities;
  • proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
Responsibilities

This role will involve:

  1. developing and implementing investor relations strategies in alignment with the company's objectives;
  2. acting as the primary point of contact for investors and analysts, ensuring timely communication;
  3. preparing and presenting financial reports, investor presentations, and earnings announcements;
  4. monitoring market trends and providing insights to senior leadership to support decision-making;
  5. collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging;
  6. managing relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors and financial analysts;
  7. overseeing the creation of annual reports and other investor communication materials;
  8. ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor communications.
