Life Educare seeks a qualified Middle School Coordinator to drive academic excellence.

Job Overview

The role involves guiding teachers, monitoring instructional practices, providing timely feedback, and collaborating with school leadership.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lesson Plan Oversight
    • Review and monitor lesson plans from all teachers ensuring alignment with curriculum standards.
    • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Teacher Support & Training
    • Offer coaching and mentoring to enhance lesson planning and instructional delivery.
    • Conduct workshops and training sessions on modern teaching methods.
  • Classroom Observations
    • Create an observation schedule covering all teachers multiple times throughout the year.
    • Evaluate teaching effectiveness through formal and informal classroom observations.
    • Share targeted feedback with teachers to improve student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Reporting & Communication
    • Prepare monthly academic performance reports for school leadership.
    • Maintain open communication with Vice Principals to address challenges and track progress.
  • Academic Quality Assurance
    • Ensure consistent implementation of approved teaching strategies.
    • Identify professional development needs based on observation data and lesson plan reviews.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of pedagogical practices and curriculum design.
    • Excellent observation, feedback, and coaching skills.
    • Data-driven approach to tracking academic performance.
    Qualifications
    • Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred.
    • Minimum 7–10 years of teaching experience with at least 3 years in an instructional leadership role.
