About Us

At CI360 Degrees (ci360degrees.com), we bring together design, tech, and storytelling across Digital Marketing, UI/UX, Websites, Social Media, Short Films, OOH, Print, and Brand Collaterals. We're now looking for a new-age Art Director — someone who can merge traditional design leadership with the latest in AI-powered creativity.

The Role

This is not your average Art Director gig. We want a creative captain who can tie together our diverse team, adopt AI tools and prompt engineering to supercharge our output, and guide projects across design, digital, and web with a consistent, powerful vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the creative team, fostering collaboration across design, video, web, and content.
  • Integrate AI tools and prompt engineering into our creative workflow — from concept to execution.
  • Oversee website design projects, ensuring UI/UX excellence.
  • Guide the creation of high-impact work across digital, print, film, and experiential mediums.
  • Stay ahead of AI trends, creative tech, and modern art forms.
  • Be the Harry Potter of traditional media, riding press, OOH, point of Sales like a DON
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure every deliverable meets top creative standards.

You'll Excel If You

  • Have 3+ years in creative leadership with a strong, diverse portfolio.
  • Are hands-on with creative software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, etc.) and open to new creative tech.
  • Understand AI-driven design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, ChatGPT, Lovart prompt engineering).
  • Know modern web design & development processes.
  • Can blend artistry with strategy, ensuring creative ideas also meet business goals.
  • Are a strong communicator and an inspiring mentor.
  • Are comfortable in English, Gujarati and Hindi
