Education Sector Recruiter

As a key player in our team, you will spearhead the recruitment and onboarding of education ambassadors to drive successful program mobilization and execution. This is a leadership role requiring strong team-building skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to scale operations quickly across multiple states.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in target-driven recruitment, field sales, or channel-building roles. They should be proficient in English and possess excellent communication skills. Additionally, they should be comfortable with MS Office, CRM platforms, and AI tools for recruitment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit & Build Teams: Source, hire, and lead a dynamic team of Education Ambassadors.
- Target Achievement: Drive state-wise recruitment and certification targets by building strong networks in preschools, schools, and associations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build partnerships with school owners, associations, and key influencers for smooth program adoption.
- Team Enablement: Train, motivate, and mentor ambassadors to maximize outreach and effectiveness.
