Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive training roadmaps that align with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training content, including e-learning modules and manuals
  • Conduct engaging training sessions and track effectiveness through assessments and feedback
  • Establish structured review cycles to ensure training materials remain aligned with system updates and process changes
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on training impact and continuous improvement opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in shared services organizations or GBS environments
  • Exceptional understanding of critical success factors for GBS as a reliable, effective, and efficient business service provider
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle Financials, MSD, and Invevo platforms, SuccessFactors, and data migration
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
  • Solid history of designing and delivering training programs for systems and processes
