Retail Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Architect/Interior Designer with expertise in retail store design, detailing, 3D design, and rendering to take on various responsibilities within our organization.

  • Develop creative and functional retail store concepts that align with brand standards and meet client expectations.
  • Produce accurate and detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and millwork details, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Create technical drawings with precise specifications for fixtures, finishes, and joinery, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop photo-realistic renderings for client presentations and internal reviews, effectively communicating design concepts and ideas.
  • Prepare professional presentation decks, including design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and renderings, collaborating with the marketing or business development team to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing and coordinating retail store rollouts to ensure consistency and quality across multiple locations.
