Job Opportunity:

Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to design, develop and maintain custom automation frameworks, tools and utilities in Java.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom automation frameworks, tools and utilities in Java to support testing, integration and deployment.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance internal testing infrastructure.
  • Write clean, maintainable and scalable Java code following OOP principles and design patterns.
  • Build reusable API testing libraries, data generators, reporting tools and integrations.
  • Implement automation solutions for UI, API and backend systems.
  • Optimize frameworks for performance, maintainability and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions and contribute to engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Java development (not just test scripting).
  • Strong knowledge of OOP principles, collections, multithreading and concurrency.
  • Experience with design patterns and building scalable systems.
  • Hands-on experience with JUnit/TestNG, Mockito, REST-assured or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with API testing, automation frameworks and CI/CD tools (Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Git).
  • Working knowledge or experience with Mabl, TestRigor or any AI automation tool.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and database validations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write efficient algorithms.
  • Experience in Performance Testing.
