We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our financial strategy and planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with our growth objectives.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead FP&A to support strategic decision-making.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to optimize financial health.
  • Financial Operations and Risk Management
  • Establish Financial Controls: Establish financial controls, governance policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Financial Reporting and Audits: Lead financial reporting, audits, and month-end closures.
  • Investor and Stakeholder Relations
  • Provide Financial Insights: Provide regular financial insights to investors, board members, and key stakeholders.
  • Due Diligence: Lead financial and operational due diligence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, investor expectations, and risk assessment protocols.
  • Process and Technology Optimization
  • Implement Financial Technology: Implement financial technology solutions to streamline operations.
  • Automation and Efficiency: Drive automation and efficiency in financial reporting and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in financial leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, investor relations, and ERP systems.
  • Experience in manufacturing, technology, or aerospace industries is a plus.
