Financial Planning and Analysis Role

As a Financial Planning and Analysis professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights. This position requires an analytical mind, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Project Management: Lead finance projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization while aligning with business objectives.
    • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current processes, propose solutions, and implement best practices to enhance productivity across the organization.
    • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making, including profitability analysis, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
    • Cost-saving Initiatives: Collaborate with operations and finance teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process efficiency improvements.
    • Data-driven Insights: Analyze financial, sales, and operational data to generate actionable insights for senior management.
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or financial analysis within the manufacturing industry.
