Job Summary

As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for various teams within the organization. This role involves collaborating with global stakeholders, engaging with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial insights.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning and analysis, with experience in managing global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and effective leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

* Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for supported teams
* Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards
* Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
* Provide and present meaningful, concise, and clear analysis to senior management on financial challenges and performances
* Partner with global finance teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance
* Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
* Ensure compliance with corporate reporting standards and local regulations

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
* CA, MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus
* 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles
* Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred
* Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
