Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled System Reliability Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate the customer experience by crafting and maintaining product pages, category pages cross-sells, and more.
  • Utilize hands-on expertise to triage and escalate issues as appropriate. Develop a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce systems, platforms, and architecture to effectively communicate with internal/external teams.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, IT partners, and stakeholders to prioritize, mitigate, resolve, and report on production issues and causes.
  • Monitor sites and applications, and report any application rejections to relevant teams for further manual processing.
  • Promote and publish products and their digital assets to websites.
  • Develop and execute email and direct mail campaigns, as well as reseller products/applications as needed.
  • Collaborate with PO, QA, and dev teams to ensure up-to-date knowledge transfer on projects and functionality.
  • Engage in ongoing website monitoring for issues such as bugs, broken images, outdated information (products and price errors, etc..), and functioning of offer codes to maintain service level commitments.
  • Utilize analytics tools and other available sources to measure the impact of changes/updates.
  • Report on new product launches and updates to international and external partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a support or operations analyst role.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Capacity to support team with triage and research examples.
  • Proficiency in SQL is required.
  • Experience with Adobe authoring is required.
  • HTML experience is beneficial.
