Job Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional to manage and convert inbound and outbound leads for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client calls, understanding requirements, nurturing leads, and ensuring high-quality customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making proactive outreach calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Scheduling and coordinating site visits for interested buyers.
  • Handling inbound queries, explaining project details, and resolving customer doubts.
  • Qualifying leads based on budget, requirements, and timelines.
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Achieving daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales-related roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English languages.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism in client interactions.
