Technical Proposal Writer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Proposal Writer. This role involves crafting compelling proposals for government organizations.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and experience in proposal writing. They will be responsible for determining proposal requirements, gathering information, and producing high-quality responses to RFPs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine proposal requirements by identifying and clarifying objectives within RFPs.
  • Gather proposal information by coordinating with key providers and internal contributors.
  • Produce quality responses to RFPs by following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone.
  • Establish priorities and target dates to ensure timely submission.
  • Maintain records of all proposals submitted and received.
Bonus Skills

A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field would be an asset. Additionally, experience with enterprise CMS-based websites and proficiency in technical writing, organizational skills, communication, and planning would be beneficial.
