Job Title: Enterprise Reliability Specialist

About the Role:

The Enterprise Reliability Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the robustness and reliability of enterprise-grade applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement resiliency-focused testing strategies to validate fault tolerance, system recovery, and high availability.
  • Design and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios to simulate real-world disruptions and uncover vulnerabilities.
  • Perform stress, load, chaos, and failure testing to monitor system behavior during disruption scenarios.
  • Analyze test results to provide actionable insights and risk assessments to engineering and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend improvements in design or operations based on test findings.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in software testing, QA, or systems engineering with a focus on resiliency testing.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, networking concepts, and database management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Apache JMeter and Rational Performance Tester.
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming languages: Python and Java.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with DevOps, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
