Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop fashion collections that meet brand aesthetic and quality standards.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product launches.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure that all designs are thoroughly reviewed and edited before presentation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in fashion design or a related field.
  • Degree in fashion design or a related field.
  • Proven track record of creating successful and stylish designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
