We are seeking a Senior Fashion Designer to conceptualize and design ethnic blouses with a focus on innovation and heritage appeal.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability in hand sketching and freehand illustration, as well as an understanding of blouse fits, silhouettes, fabric detailing, and embellishments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative designs for ethnic blouses that blend tradition and trend
  • Create detailed sketches for new collections
  • Collaborate with product and sampling teams to bring concepts to life
  • Stay updated on ethnic trends, embroidery, and fabric innovations
  • Work closely with sourcing and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality output

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of fashion design experience (preferably in ethnic wear)
  • Degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred
  • A keen eye for detail, color combinations, and ethnic design sensibilities

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience working with saree or ethnic apparel brands
  • Passion for reviving traditional crafts through contemporary silhouettes
