Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize data, tools, and technology to add value and drive innovation.
  • Develop broad technical competence and be able to check work of all those in the project team.
  • Able to author competent technical reports of acceptable technical and presentational quality.
  • Understand international design codes and emerging as or accepted as subject matter experts in one or more areas of their discipline.
  • Demonstrate a service-oriented mindset and lead by example.
  • Participate in updating the PAT Tool for a project and apply professional knowledge and experienced judgment to single discipline projects within their domain.
  • Familiar with the commercial aspects of project management and able to present/represent their work and that of their colleagues on the projects to clients.
  • Share lessons learnt and best practice, and proactively lead knowledge share sessions within the practice.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks and team members to meet deadlines within budget and demonstrate results.

Requirements

  • Broad technical competence and ability to understand international design codes.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to draft responses to straightforward queries.
  • Dynamic, bold, and full of optimistic energy for things that are seen as challenging.
  • Proactive and co-operative in a multi-disciplinary project team environment with a mindset to aid in improving processes.
  • Self-disciplined and able to manage daily work allocation and those of more junior team members.
