Job Description:

Cafeteria Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless management of the digital cafeteria platform, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at the site.

The incumbent will monitor timely food service and order fulfillment, addressing real-time operational issues as they arise.

Cafeteria Operations Manager will act as the on-ground representative of the organization for client interactions, collecting customer feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

They will share daily reports and updates with clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires coordination with food vendors on daily menus, stock, and service times, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hygiene standards.

Cafeteria Operations Manager will monitor vendor staff conduct and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met
  • Monitoring timely food service and order fulfillment
  • Addressing real-time operational issues
  • Collecting customer feedback
  • Sharing daily reports and updates
  • Coordinating with food vendors
  • Monitoring vendor staff conduct

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Administration is preferred.

The incumbent should have 2–5 years of experience in cafeteria, facility, or hospitality operations.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Basic computer skills; ability to work with mobile apps and dashboards.

Leadership and team handling abilities.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to work in shifts as per client cafeteria timing.

Comfortable working at client premises across the city.

Passionate about delivering exceptional food service experiences.
