Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee all quality assurance and control activities for the project.

You will be responsible for managing Non-Conformity processes, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and monitoring their effectiveness.

Additionally, you will lead Quality Audits, both internal and external, and manage multi-discipline QA/QC teams.

  • To advise and guide project line management on all quality and verification activities and related technical matters.
  • To establish, implement, operate and maintain a Quality Management System for projects in accordance with applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of quality assurance and control, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Identify and allocate quality resources, implement quality training for all project personnel, and ensure they understand and effectively deliver their responsibilities as per quality plan and procedures.

Conduct regular Project Quality System review meetings with the project team to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Should have experience in Quality Management in EPC phases of oil and gas projects.
  • Should have experience working with international clients in India or abroad.
  • Should be a qualified QMS Lead Auditor.
  • Should have worked as a Project Quality Manager for mega-sized Oil and Gas projects.
  • Should be familiar with international codes and standards used in Oil and gas industries.
