Senior Software Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior software delivery lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. They will collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality results within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, execution, and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Review technical designs, understand Java code and frameworks, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project reviews.
  • Track project risks, dependencies, and resolve blockers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, including at least 5-7 years as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on background in Java/J2EE development.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end SDLC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Project Management tools.

Good to Have:

  • PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools.
