Key responsibilities:


Solar System Design:

• Provide technical expertise in photovoltaic technologies.

• Proficient in solar system design software (e.g., PVSyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD) and electrical design principles.

• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IBC).


Project Management:

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

• Provide technical guidance and support to installation crews.


Customer Relations:

• Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent technical support and addressing their concerns.


Research and Development:

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in solar technology and industry best practices.

• Conduct research and development on new products and technologies.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in BE/ B.Tech/M.Tech, or a related field.


• 4+ years of experience in solutioning; solar equipment installation and commissioning.


• Proven experience with solar system design software and electrical design principles.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Strong project management and organizational skills.
