Electrical Design Engineer Position

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at photovoltaic-solar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing residential, commercial & utility PV solar systems.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be involved in designing and testing new solar systems, making design changes as required. They will also be responsible for preparing necessary design reports and documentation, creating Bill of Materials (BOM) for all materials required for finalizing the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing solar systems with high efficiency and safety standards.
  • Preparing detailed technical reports and documentation for clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records of materials used and costs incurred.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Electrical Engineering with good knowledge of electrical design principles.
  • Proficient in various design software like AutoCAD (Electrical), Etap, Sketch-up, etc.
  • Basic understanding of Solar PV systems is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • B.E, B.Tech, Post Graduate Diploma, M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in electrical design engineering with a focus on solar systems.
