Our organization is hiring for Service Desk professionals with excellent communication skills.
- Job Location: Pune
- Qualification: Full-time graduates with a strong academic record
- Experience: 1-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles
Job Description: Senior Process Executive
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely and effective resolution of client issues via calls, chats, or emails.
- Proficiency in using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Control-M is an added advantage.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve queries related to VPN, Drivers, O365, Driver installations, Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of Operating Systems across various platforms and networking concepts.
- Productivity applications like Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a 24*7 environment and adapt to changing shifts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and resolve customer issues independently.
- Good time management and prioritization skills to ensure all interactions add value.
- Work from office environment.
Must adhere to the following:
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Flexibility to work on US shift timings.
- Complete specific training programs set by the client.
- Flexible shifts; 100% WFO (Work From Office).
