About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our sellers' businesses by adding selection and delivering on key business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in written and oral German and English, as well as experience in e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media. They will also be familiar with Amazon's marketplace and have a passion for delivering great customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage seller relationships, championing their needs at Amazon.
  • Drive the growth of sellers' businesses by adding selection and delivering on key business opportunities.
  • Manage key improvement initiatives and projects, including new product launches and relationship extensions.
  • Work with sellers to improve operational aspects of their business, providing a great consumer experience.
  • Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the specific value proposition for their business, and establish long-term, successful partnerships.
  • Track and report performance using appropriate metrics, achieving productivity and seller satisfaction targets.
Requirements
  • German Certification: B2.2 and above level.
  • Bachelor degree and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral English, with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications.
  • Interest in e-Commerce/Online business.
  • Demonstrate a desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experiences.
  • Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media.
  • Experience in account management, marketing, buying, or customer service delivery.
