Education Abroad Advisor
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Abroad Counsellor to guide students through their academic journeys overseas. As an Education Abroad Advisor, you will provide expert advice on university/college selection, student profile building, budgeting, and financial planning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Offer guidance on choosing universities/colleges that align with students' goals and aspirations.
- Assist students in crafting their Statement of Purpose (SOP), Letter of Recommendation (LOR), and Resume.
- Advise students on managing expenses and creating effective financial plans for their education abroad.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting monthly and intake-level targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in Education Abroad counselling.
- Demonstrated track record of counselling students for overseas education in countries like the UK, Australia, USA, Canada, and France.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, Analytics/Numbers, and metrics.
