Student Recruitment Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Student Recruitment Manager. This role will involve developing and implementing strategic plans to recruit students from the UK for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a network of agents, conducting regular training visits, providing timely assistance and support, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include organizing regular online sessions with agents and students, delivering presentations at events to key target student groups, and working closely with the admissions, marketing, and compliance team.

Other duties may include providing market insights regularly, advising and assisting the University in identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness and market visibility, and working on agreed KPIs set by the manager/director.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree standard, preferably with a business or marketing background.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience of working in the higher education student recruitment industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in dealing directly with various people, including students, parents, education agents, and institutions.
  • Ability to make connections and good networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player, with a high level of initiative and professionalism.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
  • A friendly professional manner and appearance.
  • Results orientated, target driven.
