As a Student Guidance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in empowering students to make informed decisions about their higher education journey. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Student Counsellor.

At our organization, we aim to simplify the world of education by providing impartial and free content and advice to students. Our digital platform has seen immediate traction, with over one million visitors, and thousands of new users in the last six months. We are poised to grow even more, breaking down international barriers and making education global.

As a Student Counsellor, your primary responsibility will be to assist students in shortlisting universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location preference, and financial ability. You will also provide students with accurate and clear information, answer all inquiries from students, and give talks/presentations on behalf of the company in webinars/seminars and virtual counseling via Zoom and Google meet.

Responsibilities:
  • Shortlist universities based on student preferences
  • Provide unbiased guidance to students
  • Develop and deliver presentations/webinars for students
  • Assist students in completing applications

Requirements:
• 1-6 years of experience in counselling students
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills
• Willingness to work flexibly and adjust working hours to suit the needs of the company
