
Key Performance Manager

About the Role:
The Key Performance Manager is responsible for driving business growth through enhanced deposit acquisition, standardization of services, and sales of non-deposit products. The role involves cross-selling targets, sales of mutual funds and insurance products, fee income generation, branch administration, and regulatory compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Foster a high-performing team environment to drive productivity and morale.
- Oversee the financial performance and profitability of the branch.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to boost sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, and other departments for new product development, service enhancements, and sales initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of banking experience, with 3-4 years in retail liabilities.
- Prior experience in sales and exposure to liabilities products is essential.
- Qualifications include an MBA or CA/CAIB.
- Strong leadership skills, with a tactical approach.
- Able to think critically and take action (40/60).
- In-depth understanding of financial markets, instruments, and economic processes.
- Ability to coordinate all units involved in the customer service cycle for excellent customer satisfaction.
