Designation: Manager Operations
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager Operations to manage a team of Key Account Managers. The role requires driving seller performance on an e-commerce platform through strategic relationship management, sales enablement, and data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- Experience: 9 years overall in BPO, with minimum 1 year on paper as Manager – Operations / KAM (mandatory)
- Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
- Working Days: 6 days a week, rotational week offs
- Salary: Up to 14 LPA
- Languages: Fluency in English & Hindi (mandatory)
- Domain: E-commerce experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), Team Leaders, and Assistant Managers handling e-commerce sellers
- Monitor and drive team performance to achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets
- Analyze seller performance and provide strategic inputs to enhance business outcomes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless seller support and resolution
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and training sessions for the team
- Maintain team motivation, discipline, and ensure performance benchmarks are met
- Manage dashboards, track KPIs, and generate performance reports using Excel
Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with data analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi & English
- Proven leadership ability to drive results through a team
- E-commerce domain knowledge will be an added advantage
