Process: Key Account Management (E-commerce) for an International BPO

Designation: Manager Operations

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager Operations to manage a team of Key Account Managers. The role requires driving seller performance on an e-commerce platform through strategic relationship management, sales enablement, and data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 9 years overall in BPO, with minimum 1 year on paper as Manager – Operations / KAM (mandatory)
  • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
  • Working Days: 6 days a week, rotational week offs
  • Salary: Up to 14 LPA
  • Languages: Fluency in English & Hindi (mandatory)
  • Domain: E-commerce experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), Team Leaders, and Assistant Managers handling e-commerce sellers
  • Monitor and drive team performance to achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets
  • Analyze seller performance and provide strategic inputs to enhance business outcomes
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless seller support and resolution
  • Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and training sessions for the team
  • Maintain team motivation, discipline, and ensure performance benchmarks are met
  • Manage dashboards, track KPIs, and generate performance reports using Excel

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with data analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi & English
  • Proven leadership ability to drive results through a team
  • E-commerce domain knowledge will be an added advantage
