About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with raw data to deliver actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across both retail and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and pricing performance across retail and online platforms.
  • Capture, clean, and structure raw data from various sources, including POS, ERP, CRM, Google Analytics, marketplaces, and social/digital platforms.
  • Create interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI and Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across retail and e-commerce.
  • Lead demand forecasting, product performance evaluation, assortment analysis, and customer segmentation initiatives.
  • Conduct micro-level and predictive analysis to support marketing, merchandising, and supply chain planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, and operations, to deliver data-driven insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across all reporting systems.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, with 3+ years in retail/wholesale analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data.
  • Experience with POS, ERP, and retail analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Experience with retail forecasting and customer segmentation.
  • Background in omni-channel or eCommerce environments.
