We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data analysis and process optimization.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail or manufacturing merchandising, with a strong understanding of data analysis and Excel skills. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying trends, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple teams.

  • Track order status, manage schedules, and resolve issues proactively to drive efficiency
  • Review production artworks and manage approvals to maintain quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and meet business objectives
  • Coordinate shipments and maintain accurate shipping documents to support warehousing and accounting functions
  • Identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and recommend improvements to optimize operations
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in retail or manufacturing merchandising is highly desirable
  • 5 years' experience in production or operations analysis with a strong understanding of data analysis and Excel skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
