**Data Insights Specialist**
The role involves transforming assessment data into actionable intelligence through the creation of insightful reports. This will involve working with data from various sources, designing and building solutions to meet business needs, and setting up dashboards and reports in data visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing solutions that meet business requirements.
- Developing architecture and implementing warehouse and reporting solutions.
- Extracting and consolidating data from various sources into a data warehouse or lake.
- Building resilient, reliable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
- Monitoring and alerting on potential issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or relevant work experience.
- 10+ years of experience with SQL Servers and relational databases.
- Strong experience querying and optimizing complex data sets.
- Expertise in creating and optimizing stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- End-to-end knowledge from product databases to information visualization.
- Experience in Azure cloud technologies and data engineering.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
