The Role of a Lifetime: IT System Administration with Tayalco

We are seeking an exceptional IT system administrator to join our growing team at Tayalco. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside industry leaders, support mission-critical systems, and grow into emerging fields like automation, bots, and AI integration in enterprise IT.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and user account lifecycle.
  2. Administer and troubleshoot Windows servers OS (2016/2019/2022), desktops, and enterprise applications.
  3. Implement IT security policies, patch management, and data backup strategies.
  4. Support networking, IPBX systems, and endpoint devices to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Collaborate with teams to enable automation, bots, and AI-driven tools for tender filing, compliance, and digital growth.
  6. Ensure high availability of IT infrastructure, minimizing downtime and enabling business continuity.
  7. Document IT processes (change management, incident response, disaster recovery) in line with ISO and ITIL frameworks.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, GPO, and Office 365 administration.
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud (Azure/AWS).
  • Working knowledge of scripting (PowerShell/Bash) for automation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security, email management, and user support.
  • Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to grow into AI and automation domains.
