Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and resolving any customer grievances confidently and amicably.

A strong focus on sales performance, inventory management, and customer satisfaction is essential for this role. The candidate should have prior experience in luxury retail, customer service, or a related field, strong verbal communication skills, and a basic understanding of managing cash transactions and maintaining financial records.

  • Manage and maintain high levels of customer service at all times
  • Maintain store appearance and ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing
  • Ensure smooth processing of articles and resolve any issues that may arise during transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and positive word-of-mouth

This role requires a solution-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of store operations. This includes:

  • Managing daily operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management
  • Coordinating visual merchandising and store displays
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Retail Store Manager will also be expected to:
