Head of Retail Operations

We are seeking a seasoned retail operations expert to drive the growth and profitability of our retail business.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in retail management, franchise relations, property negotiations, and market analysis.

  • Franchise & Store Expansion:
    • Identify and evaluate potential properties/locations for new stores.
    • Negotiate and finalize property lease agreements and franchise contracts.
  • Retail Operations Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day retail operations across all stores.
    • Implement operational policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage regional/store managers and retail teams.
    • Foster a customer-centric culture across retail outlets.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
    • Develop and execute retail expansion strategies to maximize market share.
  • Financial & Performance Management:
    • Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
    • Set performance benchmarks and regularly review KPIs.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. 8+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong background in franchise management and property acquisition. Proven ability in team handling, business expansion, and operational excellence. Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
