Cloud Infrastructure Architect Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled cloud infrastructure architect to design and implement scalable, available, and high-performance cloud-based infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and deploying cloud-based infrastructure solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Leading a team of engineers to develop and maintain cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Developing and enforcing best practices for security, audit, and compliance.
  • Providing expert-level support for complex cloud-related issues.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on cloud architecture and design.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in an infrastructure engineer or similar role.
  • Extensive experience with GCP and/or AWS.
  • Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and related tools (Helm, Kustomize).
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
  • Experience with security, audit, and compliance best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Kubernetes Certified Administrator, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Software development experience (e.g., Terraform, Python).
  • Experience with machine learning infrastructure.
