Drive Growth and Performance

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the growth and performance of our financial products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Growth Ownership:
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives impacting all stages of the marketing funnel—Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.
  1. Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution:
  • Own the go-to-market strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive, customer-centric messaging.
  1. Business Planning & Projections:
  • Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and continuous performance tracking.
  • Ensure targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.
  1. Growth Metrics Ownership:
  • Monitor and analyze key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
  1. Continuous Experimentation & Optimization:
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer behavior data to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive growth.
