
Digital Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the growth and performance of our financial products.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Growth Ownership:
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives impacting all stages of the marketing funnel—Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.
- Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution:
- Own the go-to-market strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive, customer-centric messaging.
- Business Planning & Projections:
- Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and continuous performance tracking.
- Ensure targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.
- Growth Metrics Ownership:
- Monitor and analyze key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
- Continuous Experimentation & Optimization:
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior data to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive growth.
