Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced UX Design Specialist to join our team on a remote contract basis.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Design Thinking and User Research skills, with expertise in Visual Design, UX, and Prototyping.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate AI-generated design projects by generating designs and reviewing screenshots.
  • Provide a single holistic rating (POSITIVE or NEGATIVE) with a brief rationale based only on the screenshots.
  • Assess Visual Appeal, Coherence, Prompt Adherence, Layout & Usability, and Functionality.

This is a short-term engagement with a task-based work model, requiring excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements:

  • Ability to assess and provide constructive feedback on design projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
